"No squat rack, no problem." Krishna Shroff has a "self-help" to restore health-Hindustan Times

Krishna Shroff doesn't need a squat rack or fitness equipment, or for that matter, even a gym does not need her fitness plan. Fitness enthusiasts can exercise anytime, anywhere, because for her, "self-help is the best help." We agree because we are also impressed by her dedication and daily focus on executing her fitness program.

Krishna never went to the gym to take a day off. This fitness enthusiast swears by high-intensity exercise, her exercise video is a kind of enjoyment to relieve sore eyes. However, some of them are not suitable for the faint-hearted. Krishna Shroff, like brother and Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, spared no effort to push her fitness program to perfection, and it changes with each passing day.

On Monday, Krishna was not depressed because she was busy helping herself in squats. On Monday night, Krishna shared a set of videos on her Instagram story and shared a glimpse of an ordinary day she spent in the gym. We also get the necessary motivation from the video to convince ourselves to go to the gym.

In the video, Krishna can be seen lifting weights while doing squats repeatedly. Krishna wore a black short top and black sweatpants, tied a jacket around his waist, and constantly practiced squats to perfection.
