Millie guides her clients to optimize their health and performance. Her philosophy is based on three key principles:

Although Milly provides a wide range of services to clients of all ages and different goals, she focuses on 3 key areas:

Team sports: Target young athletes and make plans for the team. Milly goes to the team and creates programs to meet individual needs in a team environment. She understands the time investment in sports and works with each athlete's schedule to make the most of the offseason and keep them fresh during the season. By incorporating fitness into their practice plan, she maximized their time and enhanced the team's friendship.

Women: Manage the health effects of pregnancy, menopause and menstrual cycles. Through online programming and consultation, Milly correlates lifestyle skills, exercise, and nutrition with hormone fluctuations.

Rehabilitation: Through Milly's own experience in orthopedic surgery, she is good at combining rehabilitation with fitness, preparing for your surgery to speed up recovery, and preventing injuries by identifying potential risk areas.

Milly's philosophy is, "Personalized results come from individualized actions. Test, evaluate, retest, reassess." The journey starts with a 3-step personal assessment, focusing on exercise screening, functional health testing, strength and explosiveness testing .

Exercise screening starts with measuring body composition, range of motion, and manual muscle testing. Movement analysis then looks at the ability to maintain sufficient form during the activity. The functional fitness test assesses whether the client is ready for more complex strength exercises by reaching certain benchmarks. Once these two are established, the maximum strength test helps to set objective goals.

The personalized plan developed by Milly provides structure to ensure that each customer makes progress while mixing them to avoid stagnation. People are inherently more likely to stick to what they are getting better and better at and like.

Milly is passionate about health. Her method is tailor-made for everyone and aims to give you an absolute advantage.
